MMC (Multi Metallography Correction Technology)

This technology uses different types of metal and applies to the cables wires. After precision calculation by our engineers, pairing different ratios of metals, we have finalized the combination to be gold, silver and copper as the T-Adler cable conductors. According to different grade of cable, define different combinations; it is the crystal of long time and high cost. This will make the sound do not bias on any particular metal, it will give a more pure, fine and balance feeling.

VSC (Varied Size Conductor Geometry)

After deciding the combination of metals for MMC, T-Adler also uses VSC technology to manufacture the metals into fine hair like wires. Through accurate calculation and professional listening, we have come up with the best number of strands. This is a very time consuming and costly process. But in order to achieve perfect acoustic performance, T-Adler engineer do not care about, another consideration of choosing stranded wire over solid wire is due to the flexibility and convenience of it.

MSC (Mutual Spiral Compensation)

It is well known that pretty much everyone carries mobile phones and there are wireless infrastructures everywhere, this generates large amount of interference affecting the performance of audio cables. Some interference will mix into the signals transmitted by the cable, causing noise and rune the music. After exploring different variations of twisting, in order to cancel this effect, T-Adler engineers arranged all strands to be twisted together which is also known as Mutual Spiral Compensation (MSC). This can enhance the audio system’s quietness after using T-Adler cable, it will not generate tiredness even for long term uses.

CSS (Conductor Suspension Spacer)

There are still some gaps in between the stranded wires after applying the MSC technology, our engineers from T-Adler make use of tiny PVC tubes to further fill up all the empty spaces, this can make the cables more solid and stable. Even if you suspend the T-Adler cable in mid air, it can effectively withstand the vibration caused by the music travel through air, and the cable would not vibrate on its own. The signal transmitting through our T-Adler cables will be more stable and the feeling of sound would be more detailed and live.

CIC (Conductor Intercross Connection)

T-Adler cable is formed by twisting multiple strands of wires together; every conductor is being carefully designed so that particular signal can pass through. The screws that mount the cable and plug, forces apply onto them will affect the transmission of signal. We have done extensive tests and came up with the optimum tension, this tension become one of the standards of T-Adler cable parameters.

Cryogenic Treatment of Metal

During the cooling phase of wire manufacturing process, molecules will align in a haphazard pattern which will cause obstacles and slow down the flow of electrons. In terms of music, this will cause noise and reduce the quality of audio. The process of cryogenic treatment takes the advantages of extreme cold temperature, temperature below 93.15 K, through the removal of kinetic energy, the molecules will reduce the vibrating motion and align in a more uniform and compact structure. This process permanently change the structure of wire and do not deteriorate over time when return to ambient temperature.
